EARLY BIRDS: I am experimenting with getting this post up Thursday evening for those who like to get their posts up and linked early on. We'll try it this way for a couple of months to see if people like the option of early posting. If you have feelings one way or the other, please comment.

MY BOOK BEGINNING
Isadora, separated from Josh, is like a kid in her twenties.
-- Parachutes & Kisses by Erica Jong. This is the third book in Jong's Isadora Wing trilogy that started with the terrifically good Fear of Flying (almost reviewed here) and How to Save Your Own Life (reviewed here).
Thanks so much for hosting! I am giving away 2 copies of "Cleans Up Nicely" on today's post so I hope everyone comes by and comments for a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI think that is a good series to read. I'll go look up for this one.
ReplyDeleteWow, I've read the first two, but somehow missed this one. Adding it to my list!
ReplyDeleteI started reading Erica Jong's Fear of Flying but never got through it! Looks like an author I need to get back to :)
ReplyDeleteThis series sounds great - will have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteHi Gilion,
ReplyDeleteI have never been tempted by any of Jong's writing, I'm afraid, so this probably won't be a book for me.
I checked out the reviews and blurb about all the books in the series and can only conclude that Isadora is never going to be happy with what she has going on in her life and is never going to commit to anything or anyone.
Thanks for sharing your lines and hosting and I hope that you enjoy the book.
Yvonne
I haven't read any books in this series.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS for sharing.
