-- Maximum Bob by Elmore Leonard.
I haven't read an Elmore Leonard book in years. I o.d.ed on them a while back so had to take a long break.
I haven't read any of Leonard's books - I'm looking forward to your review.
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds good! I've enjoyed some books by this author.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great start!
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing such good stuff about Leonard's writing, so ... why haven't I read any of his books? This sounds like a good place to start. Love the opening.
ReplyDeleteHere I am an avid mystery reader and I've never tried an Elmore Leonard. Must read one to see what all the fuss is about.
ReplyDeleteWhoops. I wonder what he did wrong.
ReplyDeleteI like that beginning. Sounds like someone my have been up to something that he shouldn't have!
