Opening Sentence of the Day: The Oregon Experiment
Naomi awoke to mint.-- The Oregon Experiment by Keith Scribner, published by Alfred A. Knopf. I don't really know what to expect from this new novel, but it looks intriguing. Naomi was a "nose" for perfume makers, but had lost her sense of smell in an accident. So smelling mint is a big deal.
